CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING Policy

All services are final sale. No refunds will be issued for any reason. 

If you're unable to attend your appointment or fail to attend, the session will still occur during the reserved time (unless it has already been rescheduled). I will provide either a recording or a written report based on what comes through during your scheduled session time, at my discretion. Please allow at least 72 hours for delivery.

If you arrive late to your scheduled session, the session will still conclude at the originally scheduled end time. No partial refunds will be issued. 

Requests to reschedule must be submitted in writing to dreamingofsigns@gmail.com at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be denied.
